THE FOREST THAT WANTED
TO BE GREEN
A musical celebration of nature,
it's time for Tikkun Olam! Sukkot and Tu Bishvat are great times to celebrate and appreciate our world, nature and all they provide us. Join us for "The Forest that Wanted to Be Green" - an original tale about a gray and dull forest that craved to be green, thus sending to faraway lands different creatures to steal the trees.
Together, kids well help bring the forest to life - using puppets, yoga poses, drama games and masks to inhabit different animals, characters and objects in nature. Together we will sing holiday songs, play and learn the important Jewish value of Tikkun Olam! Tikkun Olam is the mitzvah of taking care of our world, it's the responsibility we have to give thanks to nature's abundance. Let us appreciate the beauty of our world together - Join us for a delightful tale of confidence, kindness and caring. All our shows are bilingual, interactive and musical! |
"The storytelling was really well done, the story truly came to life with the music and masks! Anat [of Dreamcoat Experience] is clearly a master performer, her ability to engage the children and tell a wonderful story was truly something to see. "
